1. Services

Kruzeniski Digital provides digital growth services including (but not limited to):

• Marketing strategy
• Paid advertising management
• AI-powered creative production
• Branding and copywriting
• Consulting and growth advisory

Services may change or expand without prior notice.

2. No Guarantee of Specific Results

While we aim to deliver high-quality strategies and recommendations, Kruzeniski Digital does not guarantee any specific business outcomes, including revenue increases, lead volume, ad performance, or audience growth.

All results depend on multiple external factors outside of our control, including platform policies, market conditions, and client implementation.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information necessary to perform services
• Maintain access to required ad platforms, accounts, or assets
• Comply with all applicable laws and advertising platform rules
• Not misuse our deliverables, reports, or creative assets

Failure to provide necessary information may delay or limit service delivery.

4. Payment & Billing

Unless stated otherwise in a separate written agreement:

• Payments are due upfront or upon invoice
• Late or unpaid invoices may pause all ongoing work
• All fees are non-refundable once work has begun

External advertising spend (Meta, Google, X, TikTok, etc.) is always the client's responsibility.

5. Intellectual Property

All strategies, documents, creative assets, and materials produced by Kruzeniski Digital remain our property until payment is completed in full.

Upon full payment:

• Clients receive a non-exclusive license to use deliverables for their business
• Kruzeniski Digital may display non-sensitive work for portfolio or marketing purposes (unless the client requests otherwise in writing)

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Kruzeniski Digital is not liable for any loss of revenue, data, profits, customers, or business opportunities
• Our total liability is limited to the amount the client paid for the specific service involved

This agency provides advisory and creative work, not legal, financial, or tax advice.

7. Third-Party Platforms

Clients understand that performance is subject to the rules and stability of external platforms, including:

• Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
• Google
• TikTok
• X
• LinkedIn
• Web hosting or analytics providers

Kruzeniski Digital is not responsible for downtime, suspensions, rejections, or policy changes by third-party platforms.

8. Confidentiality

We will keep your information confidential and will not disclose it unless:

• Required by law
• You provide written permission
• It's necessary to perform the agreed-upon service (e.g., working with contractors)

9. Termination

Either party may terminate future work at any time. Completed work and outstanding invoices remain due.

Kruzeniski Digital may decline work for any reason, including ethical conflicts, safety concerns, or misuse of services.

10. Updates to Terms

These Terms & Conditions are temporary and may be revised at any time without notice. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
